Central Beds wanted to improve their digital services and get their customers off the phones and online through their social media channels.

We performed a digital audit to clearly outline where Central Bedfordshire were in relation to their long-term goals and competitors. We then ran a strategy session to arm them with everything they needed to know for successful social media marketing.

Our strategy day focused on helping the council understand how to promote their services, manage their social media activity, measure their success through establishing key metrics for successful outcomes and engaging with their audience online.

A visualisation, mind mapping session helped us determine new goals and processes for meeting objectives for a more visual understanding of the council’s ongoing strategy.

Central Bedfordshire Council can now deliver on their goals of reducing costs, creating more effective and long-term engagement and ultimatelyimproving their online services.
