And now we need you. We’re looking for a Software Support, who will be a part of the Big Top development team, finding issues with our system and recording information to aid developers and testers. You will be able to influence the overall product’s quality through discussions and investigations of the system. Get in touch today if you’d love to get involved!
As our Software Support / QA Support you will be responsible for:
- Running test cases
- Writing bug reports
- Communicating issues with developers
Our Software Support / Graduate Support will:
- Have great problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enjoy performing as part of a team and in collaborative projects
- Be capable of working independently and off own initiative
- Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Have the desire to learn and a passion for all things technology!
